How we help protect your workspace
A second step at sign-in
Protect your account with codes from an authenticator app. Company admins can require two-factor sign-in for members and review who has set it up.
Access matched to the role
Assign access through roles, groups and individual members. Supported actions are checked on the server, with separate permissions for reading, creating, editing, deleting and exporting records.
Controls for sensitive fields
Configure additional restrictions for supported finance fields, including bank account identifiers and cost amounts. These values can be masked independently of access to the surrounding record.
The right records in reach
On supported records, access can be narrowed further. For example, employee record rules can cover a person's own record or their reporting team. Available scopes depend on the feature.
A trail of important actions
Finance and meeting workflows record selected actions, with details such as the actor, action and time. These trails help authorised people review activity; coverage varies by module and action.
Separate company workspaces
Company-scoped records use database row-level security: a data boundary tied to the company a request is acting in. Permissions then control access within that company.
Connected mailbox credentials are protected, too. Mailbox passwords and OAuth refresh tokens used for email ingestion are encrypted before storage.

Set roles, record scopes and sensitive-field restrictions for your team. Some resources remain available to members with module access until you configure restrictions.
Keep membership and connections current
Remove access people no longer need, deactivate departing members and disconnect unused AI connections.
